Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer — but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

General Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Your Order

Delays & Lost Packages

Exquisite Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for help.
